How inquiry information is used
We use this information to review your request, contact you about the service you asked for, and keep an internal follow-up history. Access to the staff request dashboard is restricted to authorized administrators. We do not use a service-request consent checkbox as permission for unrelated marketing.
Automated chat
Messages entered in the visitor chat are processed by an automated assistant to generate replies. The chat conversation is not sent to the service-request CRM as a transcript. If you want staff to follow up, use the relevant service-request form; only the details you provide there are submitted to the CRM after you review the notice and give consent.
Do not send sensitive tax information
This website is an inquiry channel, not a secure tax-document portal. Do not enter Social Security numbers, bank account information, passwords, tax returns, or identity documents. Contact our team to discuss an appropriate way to share documents needed for your service.
Appointments, pricing, and reservations
A submitted inquiry is not a confirmed tax appointment, hall booking, or equipment reservation. Dates, availability, hall rental duration, inclusions, fees, deposits, and policies must be discussed and confirmed with Continental. General website tax information is not individualized tax or legal advice.
Cookies and website services
The website uses essential application technology for navigation and secure staff sign-in. Hosting-platform analytics may process visit information for website operation and usage measurement. External links to email, WhatsApp, and Google Maps open services with their own privacy policies.
